Just a tip: if you have been taking this product consistently for a long time, try to stop taking it for a month and then continue again. In my opinion, cycling makes the body absorb the vitamin better.

It helps to regulate my sleep pattern, keeps my face and back acne gone and overall makes me feel like a better human being.
