Just a tip: if you have been taking this product consistently for a long time, try to stop taking it for a month and then continue again. In my opinion, cycling makes the body absorb the vitamin better.

It helps to regulate my sleep pattern, keeps my face and back acne gone and overall makes me feel like a better human being. I’ve ran out of these vitamins 1 time in the last 2 years and that was 3 weeks ago. After a week of not having them I ended up getting an awful stomach bug that was going around at work.
