I have been using this multivitamin daily for a couple of years. I am not a nutritionist, but in my own personal research I set out to find a good multivitamin. If I have had a bad day diet wise, I will take 2 more at night to make sure my body is getting nutrients. I will say that I notice a difference if I forget to take them on a given day. I feel less energy, lethargic even after a cup of coffee. I just make sure to take them the next day and I’m back to normal.

Great vitamin. I have been taking this for about 3 years and have only been sick 3-4 times in that time frame, even with young children always sick around me. I always recommend this to all my friends who get sick easily. I also feel healthy and energetic, even though I exercise 4-6 times a week. It’s not cheap, so I usually just take this in the morning and have to eat something with it, otherwise I feel a little too wired, maybe from the B vitamin. Although I hear from others that they can take it on an empty stomach, so I guess it depends on the person.

I am really surprised I have only been using Hondrostrong for a few weeks, after a week I felt that my shoulder was less tense and I love the fact that it relaxes you… I am sure that it will have even better results if I continue with this treatment.

Hondrostrong works as directed. It eliminates the pain almost immediately, but you have to take it very often, be constant.

Hondrostrong works. I bought if for my husband and my mom. My husband takes it twice a day and it relieves the soreness and stiffness in his legs due to inflammation. For my mom it relieves her pain due to inflammation.
